A new patient visit is for new clients wanting to establish care.
Together we extensively explore your health concerns, personal health history, as well as lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, movement, sexual/ hormone health, stress, daily rhythms and more.
As a team we discus your personal goals and projected treatment plan moving forward. Gathering more information may look like ordering blood work, specialty labs, food and or symptom journaling.
Expect to commit to making lifestyle changes at this time as well as a follow up visit and labs.

This appointment is for established patients to review lab work, asses health progress, hone in on individualized treatment plans, address any new questions.

This visit can be used to address specific health concerns where we look a your child as a whole.
Exploring things like birth history, family history, nutrition, movement, daily rhythms, nature time, sleep, stress and potential exposures help us understand your child’s unique health picture.
This visit is also used for preventative care; to assess overall health, optimize wellness and see where we can support your child in being the best version of them selves.
